What makes our wine so good, apart from 350 years of winemaking experience, is something called "Sichel’s Superior Vinification". It means, very simply, that we choose the best vineyards and only the best grapes. We take a huge amount of care in pressing, temperature controlled fermentation, maturing and bottling.
